Safety personnel often have the responsibility of instilling safety consciousness into their subordinates and to the employees within the organization. They also ensure that all those using the premises within or from the outside are following the safety rules and regulations at all times.
A valid safety program can help prevent accidents. It requires that every person from the management team to the employee think safety. It is a fallacy to believe that an establishment is safe because it has complied with existing government safety regulations. Safety is everyone’s business. Explain
